My work caught your eye? Contact me so we can chat (e-mail, phone or face-to-face). I'd love to get to know you and hear what you are envisioning for your big day! We'll talk about your expectations, engagement photos, how you and your love met and so on.

BOOK

Once you've decided that I am the photographer for you (yay!), we'll make it official with a contract. A $500 deposit is required with the contract to secure your date. To help you plan for your engagement photos, I'll send you my Engagement Session Guide.

Engagement Session

If you plan to order save-the-dates, we'll schedule your engagement session at least 6 months before your wedding. Location possibilities are endless, but meaningful ones are extra special. If you have a first date spot, favorite park or chill coffee shop that is special to you, I'd love to hear about it. I'm totally up for fun new places and adventures. If you don't have any location ideas, the Engagement Session Guide is helpful to get you thinking about possibilities. I'm always happy to offer suggestions as well.

When it's time, come ready to have fun and snuggle up to your cutie! This session is all about you all and your unique relationship. Think of it more as a fun date than a "portrait session".

Prep

About two months before your wedding, you'll complete a wedding day questionnaire, including a family photo list.

From there, I'll come up with a proposed timeline for us to discuss, unless you already have one. We'll also go over all the details of your day and make sure that it's all set to run as smoothly as possible!

An invoice for your remaining balance will be sent about a month before and is due two weeks prior to your wedding.

Wedding Day

It's finally here! All the planning has built up to this one amazing day so smile, laugh, feel all the feels and bask in the love and excitement of those around you. From getting ready to reception, I'll keep you on schedule while capturing your precious wedding day moments. I've been known to be very calm and reassuring on wedding days so you don't have to worry about me stressing you out. For the most part, I'll blend into the background and record the story of your day with some guidance, but without directing it for the sake of photos. At the end of the night, I'll volunteer to take home any extra cake, wink wink.

Special Delivery

With your permission, a handful of images will be posted to Facebook and/or Instagram within 48 hours. Your photo gallery will be available within five weeks and makes sharing with family/friends super easy. You'll receive a USB drive with all of your edited images. Your print release allows you to print photos from wherever you choose, although I highly recommend investing in professional quality prints.

Now that you have all these stunning images, what's next? Adorn your home with them! Your wedding day is a story. What tells a story better than a book? An heirloom wedding album will be designed specifically for you. You'll receive a digital proof of your album to review before deciding what size and cover you love most. You'll also have the opportunity to suggest image changes before giving final approval to print.
