Happy 6th of July!

The 6th of July is a great day to celebrate our independence, right?!? I think so! It's as good a day as any to thank God and our brave heroes for the freedom and opportunities we are afforded as citizens of this great nation. So go ahead and set off a few more fireworks tonight (I'm sure my neighbors will) and check out this sweet family living the American dream!

Last month, Derrick & Kameron celebrated one year of wedded bliss! Kameron shared a reflection on her wedding day and first year with us. Now, I get to share a few images from their anniversary shoot. Kameron was an absolute trooper walking through the woods and weeds in heels!

Around 5 years ago, a group of girls showed up for their first college volleyball practice as freshman. Among those was Casey. My husband Jason and I had the pleasure of coaching her for two years. From long road trips to zumba and bible study to an embarrassing lip-syncing contest, I enjoyed seeing Casey mature as a volleyball player and person.

Casey, I am so happy for you and Jamie. I pray you will continue to follow God's plan for your life and have a long, happy marriage!
